The service

Learn with Laura lets you create AI-guided learning conversations from your documents and share or embed them. It is provided by Pentext.

Your account and content

You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights to use it. You retain ownership of your documents; you grant us the license needed to process them to provide the service. Do not upload unlawful content or personal data you are not authorized to share.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to harass, deceive, or harm others; to generate professional advice a licensed practitioner should give; or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

AI-generated content

Laura's responses are generated by AI from your content. While designed for accuracy, they may contain errors. Review conversations before sharing them, and do not rely on them as a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or safety advice. You are responsible for verifying that training content meets your regulatory obligations.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled anytime, taking effect at the end of the billing period. Plan limits count learning conversations you have shared or embedded.

Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify features over time. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
